It was quite unusual - you'd expect films aimed at kids to sugar-coat things a bit but this one basically said "Don't be an idiot. Do this and you die". Pretty harsh! Then again, the fact that I can still remember it 20 years later means it must have done it's job... Of all the public information films we were subjected to as kids, that one with the substation is the one that sticks in my head.
