CD could be played by VCD (did you have VCD at one stage ?)
CD &amp; VCD by DVD
CD, VCD &amp; DVD by Blu Ray.

Essentially there&#039;s no need to upgrade your existing material if you&#039;re still happy with it, it&#039;ll be playable on new equipment.</description>
