Well, I was quite young at the time, so all I can remember is getting “My favourite martians” over and over again! I did enjoy it though.

I’m pleased we weren’t the only area to be served by a Video Van, and you’re right about the selection. The most recent film was probably around five years old, and there was a high percentage of non-blockbuster action films starring actors like Chuck Norris (nothing against Mr. Norris by the way!).

We had a mobile video library when I was a kid. A guy in a van used to come round evey Friday night! The selection never changed much though.

That’s very true. You were video lending library to many people at college, so long as it was Star Trek: Next Generation or Doctor Who videos we wanted to borrow (much obliged by the way – great days!)
