I used to quite like morning lectures, I was still awake then. But preferably a 10am start. Work 10 till 1 then knock off for lunch and some afternoon shopping. Great days.

Twas afternoons I struggled with. wouldn't manage with this new idea of not starting till 11. Just encourages the youth of today to stay out later rather than going to bed !

I don't think I did game theory .....

I seem to recall I copped a "not examined" in my third year as well..... but IIRC I was flat on my back in another part of the medical center at the time when I should have been sitting the exam up the hallway

(for those reading: I was examined seperately due to medical conditions that meant I needed more time for my awful handwriting - Royal Holloway [where we did our time] always used to examine it's non standard students in the medical center)

When you first mentioned it I had Game Theory in my mind - I seem to recall you had a module on that, but I also thought that was the one you quite liked so wouldn't have scored that badly on.

They have no right putting lectures on at 9am on any day of the week...

3?? Graph Theory. Brian Wilson wouldn't speak to me for weeks afterwards. To be fair they did completely change the course that year and one of the lectures was first thing on Friday morning.

I walked out thinking I'd done OK

That's impressively bad. Which module was that for?

Not sure if it counts though - I don't think its in the Guiness Book of Records...
