There were two Doctor Who Viewmaster reels back in the 80s so really it's everyone else jumping on the bandwagon.

An animated View-Master film would be a brilliant idea. Those LCD 3D glasses you've been able to get for a while now are just crying out for somebody to take advantage of them properly.

Quick! Somebody make something animated using whatever technique they used to take the View-Master pictures, which I'm guessing was little more than two cameras placed slightly apart from each other.

3D Television is meant to be the Next Big Thing now that HDTV is old hat, so maybe we'll see something of that ilk soon...

Had one of these as a kid with the Horror set....great for a kid! lol

Pictures of classic horror images, Dracula, Frankenstein, werewolves etc.

All must have been specially modelled or "drawn" as they weren't film stills.

Actually thinking back, they were actually quite good. If they could have made a film using the same techniques, they would have been the Dreamworks of the era.
