I listed five top Pencil Case designs that were common place during the 1980’s earlier this week, and in the comments a couple more I’d forgotten about were mentioned (thanks to Aveen and my sister for those). This weeks survey then is to see which type of pencil case people have the fondest memories for.
Take a little look at my pencil case post first if you’re not sure what some of the categories given below are, then come back here and place your vote. If we’ve forgotten you’re favourite type, then please add it using the link below.

I had a red tin with teddy bears on that was hopelessly grafitti’d by my compass point with the name of various hot boys and pop bands (Aha, the Pet Shop Boys, Depeche Mode and the Cure – rather eclectic mix, but it was the 80’s!).
happy days…!
Ah yes, a compass point was probably better than tippex for defacing/customising/ruining (delete as applicable) the metal tin pencil cases.
I had a rectangular, plastic pencil case, which opened on both sides, so i could put my pencils in one side and pens in the other! It also had some extra, secret compartments that flicked out when you pressed a button, for a pencil sharpener and whatever else. I think it must have been pink. I LOVED it! The best thing about going back to school after a summer holiday, was being treated to a new pencil case. Such a lucky little girl!
I had, and still have, a Golden Wonder Wotsits one. Also, a jammy Wagon Wheels tin for my graphite sticks and stuff like that!
I had this coolest pencilcase and it says at the front love and it has a heart around it and springkles all over it.And i also thought that i had this artistic eraser and i got 2 of them and it’s the money of the usa and uk in england, the other one is $200 and 20 pound they all both moneys and they are really expensive to buy.I got this pencil and my name was over it and at the top there is a pinky ribbon and it’s fluffy it lights when you write something. I think your friends might be jealous of it but if you want to buy some of them GO!!!!!!!
