Why Zippy, of course! I mean, George was a weird pink hippo thing and Bungle was too much of a goody two shoes. Zippy had all the best lines and all.

That’s true about Rod, Jane & Freddy? Hehe. Not that any of us kid’s noticed eh! and all the time they were…hehe, terrible!
I voted for Zippy just because George used to get on my nerves and so did Bungle a bit!

Indeed Jane & Freddy live together now.

Jane is Jane Tucker, daughter of Rex Tucker, director of several 60s episodes.

No to Bungle. Roy Skelton was the voice of Zippy & George as well as the Cybermen & Daleks. Inside Bungle (for a while at least) was John leeson the voice of K9

OK, with no Google involvement…

Matthew Corbett worked with Rod & Jane before Freddy (and was quite bitter about giving up the job by all accounts).

Interesting Rod, Jane & Freddy aside – apparently Rod & Jane were married, but split once Jane & Freddy had an affair (all whilst Rainbow was still on the air!)

As to the Doctor Who connections – I believe Bungle was Roy Skelton who was a cyberman, but I have no idea what Jane’s connection was.

Without recourse to internet research, who – whom I expect at some point to pop up onn this site – worked with Rod & Jane before Freddy ? And what is Jane’s connection to Doctor Who ?
